When 343 released halo 5 it was a step in the right direction. Halo 5 limited the sprint capability, had a non-skippable death timer and no custom classes. They also added some new features that were well received. Halo 5 opted to start player with a pistol instead of a battlerifle or DMR. Everyone in Halo 5 must now earn a battlerifle. The pistol is 5 shots to kill while the battlerifle is 4 shots so even a small advantage like that must be earned. But players can still sprint, climb, hover and pound so things weren’t all good. ​

If a game gives me one hour of content for every dollar I spend then for me that game is worth it. I really enjoy single player games I believe it’s the best medium for story telling that humans have ever made. The only issue is that when you buy single player games it normally costs 60 dollars. Most games let alone single player games don’t give you 60 hours’ worth of content. Single player games often are not rarely replayable. Meaning that it’s just not worth it for me. The xbox game pass solves this issue. For just 10 dollars a month you get access to hundreds of games. ​

Hey everyone, it’s your friend miziicz and today we are going over the biggest problems with the xbox. Before we get into the issues of today, we need to go over some history. It all starts back 2001 when the original xbox released. Back in the 6th console generation the xbox, ps2 and game cube were all really competing against each other for the same audience. Then Nintendo decided to focus on casual gamers with the Wii. Leaving the xbox 360 and the ps3 to compete for the more hardcore audience. With superior online capability, Halo 3, and a party chat system the xbox 360 was the clear winner of the 7th generation of consoles, beating out the PS3.
Xbox’s down fall started before the Xbox one was even announced. In my opinion the downfall of xbox started with the connect. This is when xbox started to lose its identity and tried cutting into the casual market that the Wii had an iron grip on. The platform was trying to be everything to everyone which inevitably leaves the console falling short of meeting expectations for both hardcore and casual audiences. It was around this time Microsoft got complacent the playstation network was down for an entire month and Microsoft just started to feel like there was no competition.
